If you enjoy having a a beer every now and then, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your billfold, and keep all cash, credit cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Only take whatever money you intend to spend on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could experience a success after a boozy night out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hit a long toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that story because it is as brief as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and gamble. The two simply don’t go well together.

Leaving your cash back at the hotel might be a bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you gamble to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the gratuitous booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your befuddled self squanders all the cash!

Let me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then head online to play in your best-liked online casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my home, but due to the fact that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.

How come? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is definitely adequate to befuddle my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t drink alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
